Central Location for walkers of the Cinque Terre track starting from La Spezia
Somewhat noisy being located in the main street of Riomaggoire!

Location was really good, and the rooms were cleaned well and neat.
Office is located on the main strip and not in the actual hotel. My experience was nice but I would have liked more for the amount of money I paid for the room. I could have saved more money and got relatively the same type of room staying else where. Hotel is also difficult to find and it doesn't help that the office is located seperate from the hotel.

Since I booked the room through the website, I wanted confirmation from the facility prior to our arrival. They never responded to my 3 emails and then it took 4 phone calls from within Italy to finally confirm that we would have a room upon arrival. The credit card machine did not work and they expected Cash only... So have cash just in case.

Lack of a phone connection to check in (we don't have a mobile phone)

Great location. Nice staff. Of course there are stairs, but it wasn't too bad. It is Cinque Terre so you should expect to climb stairs.

good sized room, comfy bed and decent shower pressure.
Hard to find. No hotel staff at the address given for our accomodation - another guest told us the address for the office on the 'main road' otherwise there was only a cell phone number to ring which wasn't very helpful as we didn't have a phone with us. No breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. The location was close to the train station and wonderful restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it again and return!

The Cinque Terre villages and the beautiful sea and views.I Understand that all hotels are perched high up but it was difficult for the older person to lug up a case and other paraphernalia to and from the hotel room. The girl who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom in the room smelled of mould .
The bathroom smelt of mould and there was no where in the bathroom to put bathroom and washing items.

Inconveneient location if traveling with more than one light suitcase. Many steps to climb to get to your room. Location far from check-in office. No amenities. No breakfast included. Expensive for what you get.

The location was perfect, just one street up from the main street. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful
The directions about how to arrive were not very clear. After walking around for a while and eventually finding the hotel, there was a sign that said we actually had to check in somewhere else, which was irritating. Our sheets also looked a little stained.

It was very peaceful at night-time, well located for dining in Riomaggiore, and well positioned for exploring the Cinque Terre by either train, launch or walking. The ensuite was a generous size and the bedroom provided ample space for travellers with luggage. We were made welcome on arrival at the Reception office and check-in was a smooth and pleasant experience.
Access from the street to the third floor is via very steep steps, but that is a common factor with many hotels in the Cinque Terre.

Excellent value and beautiful room. Really good location in Riomaggiore as well.
It would have been great if the B&B had breakfast

Central location
This is an apartment room, not a hotel so no staff or services provided. No airconditioning apart from a desk fan. Lots of steps! Shower very small.
